THE CHALLENGE
As an organization that reaches more than 40,000 customers, PoolCorp understands the business value of performing audits. Several years ago, their Internal Audit (IA) Department decided it was time to increase their IT audits and focus on risk management. They had a mature IA department but did not have an IT auditor on staff and felt too much time had passed since their last risk-based IT audit.

Their inventory includes everything from construction materials and replacement parts to pool care products and spas. To serve their customers, they employ more than 2,000 people at 150 locations.
