Securance & SeaPort-e
Our consultants are committed to client service and have expertise working with organizations of all sizes to secure data and ensure continuity of IT operations. As an approved small business, we offer IT security and information assurance services through the Navy’s SeaPort-e platform, which allows Navy Systems Commands, the Office of Naval Research, Military Sealift Command, and the United States Marine Corps to efficiently solicit offers from a wide variety of service providers.
Securance’s Quality Assurance (QA) program ensures that services are delivered in compliance with task order requirements and customer objectives, and that value is maintained throughout the life of the contract. Our Project Managers take immediate action in response to any roadblocks, disputes or complaints, or other deficiencies noted by our staff or our clients. Such action typically includes a thorough inspection, analysis of the root cause of the problem, and collaboration with our client’s stakeholders to resolve the issue in a mutually agreeable fashion before it disrupts performance. All records of inspections conducted under the QA program are maintained for the full term of the contract.
